The annual WhatsOnStage Awards took place at the Prince of Wales Theatre last night. Now in its 20th year, the Awards are the only major accolades in the UK where the audience choose the majority of winners. The Young Vic theatre played host to lighting designers and technicians from across the world this week, who had gathered for the presentation of the second International Fellowship by The Association of Lighting Designers (ALD) to South African Lighting Designer Mannie Manim .
