PLASA Events Announce Agreement to Acquire A.C. Lighting North Tradeshow

Following discussions between PLASA Events and A.C. Lighting, an agreement has been reached that will see A.C. Lighting sell its A.C. Lighting North Tradeshow to PLASA Events.
