Artistic Licence is launching two exciting new product ranges in February. Art-Range and Power-Drive will be launched at the ARC 09 tradeshow in Earls Court, 4-5 February on Stand 101.
Art-Range
Art-Range is a range of products which uses the successful Artistic Licence Art-Net protocol, along with extended triggering features within the structure, to control entire systems, from a simple lighting effect or a multiple zone area, through to a complete server-based venue with local and global controls, data or trigger-logging and fault reporting.
Art-Range products have been developed to provide the most comprehensive selection of system control and integration to date. Whether the user wants to control an individual fixture or have a complete building at his finger-tips, the combination of products within Art-Range allows a system to be built to fit the customer’s needs exactly - from touch screens and relay contacts to a full distribution system - and give complete control over every fixture and device within a system.
Art-Range has been designed particularly with hotel, conference centre, entertainment and architectural applications in mind but is invaluable in any sector where integration and precise control is paramount. It also can be integrated into a Building Management System (BMS) through various protocols resulting in a new level of integration between the commercial and architectural industries.
Power-Drive
Artistic Licence is also launching Power-Drive, a range of affordable, high-performance, mains-powered LED drivers designed to control high-power LEDs in a cost-effective and efficient way.
With the market for LED down-lighters in commercial, retail and domestic lighting expanding rapidly, the substantial cost of high-power LED drivers has become a growing problem.
Traditional methods of driving ‘Constant-Current’ (high-power) LEDs and fixtures would require a combination of a controller and DC power supply. While this may be suitable for entertainment style fixtures and applications, the control equipment required is both costly and unsuitable for the low-end of the market.
Power-Drive simplifies this by utilising the Artistic Licence expertise to provide a universal range of drivers, complete with extra features, at no extra cost.
Art-Net
Finally, Artistic Licence has recently undertaken a complete redesign of its popular Art-Net products to bring them up to date and make them even more efficient at handling the universe-hungry technology of today’s fixtures.
All Art-Range, Power-Drive and Art-Net products will be going through their paces at ARC 09 – as will the knowledgeable staff! - so come and try them out for yourself.
